Delivery Schedule
- On any single order where the total of the order is less than £20 - a delivery charge of £2.50 will be added to the checkout total.
- Currently Free delivery is only available within the UK. Outside of the UK please select a suitable shipping product from the Non UK shipping category
- All products are shipped discreetly in a brown
box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
- All goods that
are despatched are sent by a Recorded service with mandatory signature. This means goods will not be
left on the door step or with neighbours. You must be available at your chosen delivery address to sign and receive the package.
This enables a fully discrete service
and confidentiality.
- We subsidise all
the delivery charges, so you actually pay less than what it is costing to
despatch goods.
- Goods that are
in stock are despatched within a working day. If for any reason we are out of
stock, we would expect to despatch the goods within about 12 days. All our
products are imported from the United States and China so please allow 28 days
before becoming concerned.
- If you are not
in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep the package at their
local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the
parcel then returns to us.
- If any questions should arise, regarding your
order. We will try to contact you by email and if that fails, we will try to
contact you by phone if a number was provided.
- All products are shipped discreetly in a
nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
All UK
orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail.
- Regardless of the size or cost of your order,
your goods will be despatched in a box and will require a signature.
- We are committed to your satisfaction.
UK Goods are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs
less than 1.35kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier
service.
Most standard orders will fall into the above break
down but we reserve the right to pass on any additional costs if the parcel is
especially heavy and requires additional courier charges.
Outside the UK Goods are despatched using Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery. Just add a shipping option from the Non UK Shipping category to the left of the window appropriate to your location.
Redelivery Charges. If you fail to pick
up your order from the local depot once the initial delivery attempt has
been made, for example if you were out. After a week the parcel is shipped
back to us. Unfortunately the redelivery charge to despatch the goods back out
is not subsidised.

Some Goods can be returned directly to the manufacturer which will be faster and easier for you.
Due to the
obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be
returned if they are not faulty the following terms have to be
met.
- The goods
must be unused.

The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and
non exchangeable.

Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non
refundable and non exchangeable.

The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you
received your order.

Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non
exchangeable.

Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.

A defective product will be replaced with the same product
purchased. Postage charges when returning goods are the responsibility of the
purchaser.
Where the original order was eligible for Free Delivery, if a return is made of non faulty items then the refund will be exluding original delivery cost - currently a standard charge of £3.50GBP. This is to cover administration and restocking costs.
Faulty goods must be returned at the earliest opportunity and in their original packaging.
We can only offer a limited exchange policy without original packaging - this implies a like for like replacement.
We are unable to accept returns of products after 6 months from the delivery date of the product.
Please Note: Goods should not be returned if
they have been used (unless faulty) or where the purchaser is
dissatisfied with the product. A redelivery charge will be
applied.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above
conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the
goods.
