Some Goods can be returned directly to the manufacturer which will be faster and easier for you.
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods.
For the goods to be
returned if they are not faulty the following terms have to be
met.
- The goods must be unused.
- The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
- Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and
non exchangeable.
- ;Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non
refundable and non exchangeable.
- The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you
received your order.
- Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non
exchangeable.
- Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- A defective product will be replaced with the same product
purchased. Postage charges when returning goods are the responsibility of the
purchaser.
Where the original order was eligible for Free Delivery, if a return is made of non faulty items then the refund will be exluding original delivery cost - currently a standard charge of £3.50GBP. This is to cover administration and restocking costs.
Faulty goods must be returned at the earliest opportunity and in their original packaging.
We can only offer a limited exchange policy without original packaging - this implies a like for like replacement.
We are unable to accept returns of products after 6 months from the delivery date of the product.
Please Note: Goods should not be returned if
they have been used (unless faulty) or where the purchaser is dissatisfied with the product. A redelivery charge will be applied.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above
conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the
goods.
